Dick and I are very impressed by the estate sale you, Todd and your team conducted for us last weekend!  Everything was done professionally and timely.  We are very pleased with the result.  Ours is a large home, with a casita and lots of garage space.  We lived in the home for decades, and you and your team found, cleared and successfully sold “stuff” in every nook and cranny!  The final clean-out was also great.
