Estate Sale Set-Up and Marketing Process
Once your sale date has been determined we begin organizing, researching and pricing the items according to a fair market retail value. Our team photographs the items for maximum marketing exposure and to produce optimal sale results. We promote your sale on applicable websites and social media platforms. We also email our customer database of over 4000, majority of which are devoted and regular customers. Through each of these platforms enthusiasm is generated to ensure a high volume of shoppers.
During Your Sale
On opening day we generally have 50 - 100 people waiting for the doors to open, eager to come shop. During the Sale the customers have the option to pay with credit card or cash. We help arrange pick-up times and delivery if necessary, with our on-site movers. We typically sell 98 - 99% of your home items during the sale.
